This natural community lot demonstrates our commitment to responsible sourcing. Our primary objective, whenever feasible, is to procure the entire output from every site we collaborate with. This not only provides our producer partners with greater market stability but also empowers them to concentrate on refining their production methods to enhance the quality of their coffees.
It’s been too long since we showcased a single origin ethiopian coffee at stoble! Our friends at primavera imported this small producer lot of heirloom coffees from Bensa-Sidama this year and we are thrilled. This coffee’s highlights include; perfumy, floral aromas, bright acidity with hints of sweet berry, rounded out with dark chocolate flavor and a lingering finish… get it while it’s hot!
